I'm trying to think of the quote that says something like the true worth of a man is determined not by the way he treats his superiors, but by the way he treats his inferiors - and I just can't bring the exact saying to mind. Can anyone help jog my memory please?

Attributed to Samuel Johnson "...The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good..."
