Only ever dared to enter there TWICE now.. but the second visit was quite a surprise success! Mens t-shirts and fleeces are an absolute steal.. and womens underwear too!

Couldnt quite believe it so had to share it with you all. I was quietly impressed.
Unlike the lady next to me browsing whilst on the phone to her bloke - she declared she was 'in the pikey shop'

I had to laugh!!!

ANyhow - it can be a bit pikey.. but my god its cheap and it doesnt all seem to be tat...

Happy Christmas!

scary scary place
I have never ever been in one.

Does that make me lucky, unlucky or just rare?
I was in there the other day

could'nt find the exit, damn place.

It was like that scene in Father Ted, when all the fathers were trapped in the Lingerie dept of a large store, and could'nt get out.

Scary indeed
Hey Nosha,

I tend to buy my underwear in there and also holiday clothes as they can be worn when away then left behind to make more space in the suitcase and it doesnt really matter!

Other then that I am more of a George at Asda kinda girl!

:-)
i went in once out of curiosity in biringham, got scared and ran away
and all these lovely cheap clothes are made by kids paid a penny day somewhere in deepest india...merry xmas.
Lovely shop! I buy lots of clothes for the kids and Mr O from Primark.
Personally i like to wear unique items of clothing, Ive never been one to wear mass produced items of clothing that EVERYONE on every street, Estate in england wears and Ive even been abroad at nightclubs on the beach etc.. And seen no less then 30 people wearing the same t-shirts, Shorts etc.....Id rather pay a bit more for my linited edition designer wear thanks!
But no one is going to know if I am wearing the same underwear as them and I wont know either! :-)

No poor abused children in India I'm afraid.. so yes Merry Christmas indeed 'stokemaveric'
"As an international business with a global supply chain we accept that we have a responsibility to trade ethically. This includes ensuring that our suppliers live up to our values and behave as well towards their employees, as we do towards ours. "

It actually improves their economy and trading as long as its done ethically
Wiggal wouldn't it embarrasing if you had just met someone and you was getting undressed and the fella started laughing and you looked to see what he was looking at and you realised that you left the "50pence clearence item'' tag still on your knickers!!
Mrs sqad said "Primark?.....oh! my God (that's me!).Couldn't wait to get out.....load of "tat" the clothes will only last until the first wash"
I dont know smutmachine, my man likes my primark underwear quite a bit thank you! :-)

And it is one of the only places I can get bras that are the right size - which I guess is quite depressing!

I have to say - all of you who are saying 'oh my god.. its awful'.. try it - grin and bear it.. as when you get over the hang up of it being chav and pikey - there are a few little surprises in there!!!
I went to the Preston one once,I couldn't find anything as the place was set out in the oddest manner. It was packed out with really ignorant people too who just kept elbowing me out of the way. I've never been back in.

I had a similar experience in Matalan Daffy...

Someone told me to go there for cheap branded ski wear..

WHAT an awful place!!!! I felt like I was in some Sunday morning Market...
If Primark had a website i'd definitely buy my basics from them though. I can't stand shopping in actual shops.lol
I love Primark!!!

If not for myself, the babies and childrens clothes are cheap and lovely.

I buy my granddaughter something every week!1
daffy...Mrs sqad agrees with you....she went into the one in London.

Jumper for £3 she said.....how long do you think that will last?...she said

Also, she said "how do we know that the fabrics are flame resistant?

Bright woman is Mrs sqad :-)
