Crisgal I asked my sister but they don't sell Ricoh:( Seems to me there are two possible solutions, one, your boss contacts the seller or, two, I help you translate the part of the instructions (you do have a written manual?) that deals with setting the default language - that is to say, if you can identify that part of the handbook...
I'm totally willing to help you translate the printer's own messages on the display as well, if that's what you want, but it seems more impractical than the other two solutions as you'd all be standing around the beeping printer on a daily basis and waiting for me to log in... Ha ha, this will end with you learning Swedish:)
Eddie I have found Google translate to be absolutely brilliant with some sentences and totally crap with others:)
PS sometimes operating instructions can be found online, if you have the exact name of the machine in question - sometimes on the manufacturer's site, sometimes on others.
