Is there a term or name used for words which have two ways of saying them.  Examples are polish, read, moped and live.  These words can be read differently.  Are there any other words like these??

Thanks

You should look at:

It might help you!

Homophone, homonym, and homograph.
You're talking about homographs - same way of writing, but may have a different pronunciation - which gives the meaning..
Homophone are words with the same sound, but are spelt differently - see and sea, not and knot.
I think the term homonym is a collective term for words of this type.
