The Sunday Dinner Thread.

Well guys, I'm going to push the boat out today and do some real cooking.
I'm making Moroccan Lamb Tangine with fruity cous cous and may attempt to make some Moroccan flat breads. This I will serve with a nice, spicy Aussie Shiraz.
No starters, no puds and definitely no selection of 27 different cheeses.
How about you?

Just asked Mrs sqad what we are having for dinner and she replied "Wait and see"
BUT....just had eggs, bacon, fried mushrooms toast and marmalade and coffee, cooked by Mrs sqad clothed in a fine cotton dress, with no bra and knickers on. I remarked that she looked quite desirable and she remarked "Don´t be silly"
There must be tens of thousands of wives out there just hoping for a remark like that ,but not Mrs sqad.
Women.

If you like muscles it's one of the easiest things to cook. Live muscles are essential though. The difference is amazing.
I clean them and soak them in cold water.Heat up a large pan....fry some shallots, chilli and garlic for a few mins. Throw in the muscles add a splash of wine and put the lid on. Check after 2 to 3 mins. When the muscles are opened add some cream, stir and dish up. Delish :-)
