Hammer
14 Answers
I recently bought a hammer from B&Q. Once out of the shop, I started hitting myself over the head with it. Unfortunately, this caused severe injuries and I was away from work for several days.
Could I sue B&Q for £1000? After all, there was no indication that this shouldn't be done and the hammer came with no instructions.

He would only have a claim if he was forced to use it by his employer on fear of losing his job. He was probably sacked afterwards anyway, and then sued the employer again for wrongful dismissal and get £250,000
