I go away for the afternoon to scatter some ashes...

... when I come back, World War 2 & a half has broken out and sqad's resigned.
Come on sqad - life's too short. You know you enjoy the banter on here. And in all of my honesty to you, you were a tad out of order yesterday morning to Boo. I know you two have always had your grievances & spats, but I also know you respect her.
What will people on B&S do now without your sage advice on tympanic membranes, eustachian tubes and all those other tubes you're so interested in?
I can't leave you two alone for one afternoon. Anyways, I still think you're both the bees knees... if bees actually have knees. I suppose they do (does that count as a medical probem)?

It was a bit - please don't think by my headline that I'm making light of it - I just have a macabre sense of humour sometimes. My way of coping. It was ashes of The Legend That Was Uncle Maurice. And on Valentine's Day? The most poignant moment was when my Aunty placed a single red rose in with his ashes.... oh dear.
Anyway, yup, flounces have been the order of the last few weeks. Maybe I ought to have a big one....? Then again, maybe not.

By the way - love your new avatar. If she had a smile on her face rather than a frown, she would look like my long passed dearest Nanna Woodie (Do to her friends - rhymes with so). She liked a fag (though she never really got the hang of inhaling) and a whiskey. She was the one who told everyone she was bisexual when she meant ambidextrous.
