... when I come back, World War 2 & a half has broken out and sqad's resigned.

Come on sqad - life's too short. You know you enjoy the banter on here. And in all of my honesty to you, you were a tad out of order yesterday morning to Boo. I know you two have always had your grievances & spats, but I also know you respect her.

What will people on B&S do now without your sage advice on tympanic membranes, eustachian tubes and all those other tubes you're so interested in?

I can't leave you two alone for one afternoon. Anyways, I still think you're both the bees knees... if bees actually have knees. I suppose they do (does that count as a medical probem)?

I know the feeling, I keep missing the flounces of the past couple of weeks!

Sorry to hear about yesterday afternoon, always a sombre moment x

Thanks alba. It was a bit - please don't think by my headline that I'm making light of it - I just have a macabre sense of humour sometimes. My way of coping. It was ashes of The Legend That Was Uncle Maurice. And on Valentine's Day? The most poignant moment was when my Aunty placed a single red rose in with his ashes.... oh dear.

Anyway, yup, flounces have been the order of the last few weeks. Maybe I ought to have a big one....? Then again, maybe not.
OMG ... sqad's gone ????????

What will we do JJ? Who is going to advise us on our tubes and our underwear selection?
LOL.

I'm going to the gym to mull that one over !

Be good x x x
Question Author
I try to be ;-)
Allegedly JJ, allegedly.
He's probably forgotten to take his 600mg Ibuprofen therefore it's no big deal :D

After we scattered my brothers ashes, we went for a meal and had a hoot. The poor waitress asked what we were celebrating!!

I felt a bit disrespectful in my bright purple coat - but Uncle Mo was never one for dirge and morbidity. He was a colourful man. I did raise a g&t to his memory.

Oooh, I love a man when he's masterful.
I missed all this - and apparently 'live sex' also on last night's CB. (Although I was otherwise engaged in working on getting my own portion......) x
morning doc

At my sons' pal's dad's funeral last year, the request was for colour.

Never mind raising a G&T, you're supposed to swallow at least one :D
Question Author
Without trying to lower the tone alba (as if - moi???), I certainly did swallow x Quite a few times.
lol x
Not my doing!

Sorry you had a upsetting afternoon Salla xx

Thanks Boo - and I agree - it wasn't your doing. He came on as though he had got out of the wrong side of the bed (maybe it wasn't the bed he wanted to get out of......?!) I don't think we will hear from him now for a quite a while, but he'll be back, he just won't be able to resist it.... x
Gotta be honest, i dont share your view in wanting him back. As much as we dislike each other, I was still surpised at his verbal attack on a serious post (posted i B&S). He took it upon himself to flounce, i had nothing to do with it, though im not sorry he has.

True - body & soul isn't the same as chatterbank - sometimes things get a little risque on there, but it is not the topic for being rude, it's the topic for trying to be helpful and empathetic.
He was neither.

Infact his very first comment was something along the lines...

"i step off a plane, and the first thing i see is Boo whining" along those lines anyway.

By the way - love your new avatar. If she had a smile on her face rather than a frown, she would look like my long passed dearest Nanna Woodie (Do to her friends - rhymes with so). She liked a fag (though she never really got the hang of inhaling) and a whiskey. She was the one who told everyone she was bisexual when she meant ambidextrous.
Haha, kinda like my grandma who asked me, when i was pregnant with my first one if i was on my way to the hospital to "be seduced"
