Massive Landmarks of the 20th Century
I have looked at the website for the National Theatre of Brent and while it is pretty funny the thing that I was hoping for, information about Massive Landmarks of the 20th Century, and hopefully information about it being released on DVD, was not there.
On the 'forum' section of the website everyone was asking about it. I would like to see it again, because the last time I saw it was when it was broadcast at christmas 1999 but I still laugh so much when I think about it.
First, does anyone know if it is ever going to be released on DVD?
Secondly does anyone know of where I can download it and if not, did anyone record it of the tv and could you make a copy for me?
Thirdly, does anyone have any recollections of it, because I have been raving about it for 5 years and nobody else has seen it, and all I can remember was the odd and funny mispronunciations (like Queen Victoria talking to the Prime Minister Benjamin Dizralies, and Cuba being called Cooba) and a great scene with quite a few characters (I think including Rasputin) but only played by the 2 actors which involved going in and out of doors and fake beards.
I guess you had to see it to find it funny, and nobody else seems to have seen it and I can't find any websites about it. Please remind me of some of the jokes.
