Help Plz Lost all my iphone numbers

Can someone plz give me an idiots guide way of getting all my apps and numbers back onto my Iphone.

I had it replaced and even tho i backed up the data i cant get all the apps and contact back..

When you first synched your new phone it would have asked whether you wanted to set it up as a new phone or restore from backup. Your choice should have been the second. If you didn't do that the you could resynch and click restore to factory settings. But it only keeps 3 backups, so if you have been retrying to synch you may well have overwritten them. You should get your apps back by downloading them again, if your addresses are on your computer then you can resynch them, if not they may have gone. Are you on windows or MacOS?

I'm on windows.

I did select to restore the correct one, but it hasn't put them on. I have tried a few imes now tho, so maybe they have been overwritten.

All my apps are still showing on Itunes tho', so i'm confused.

If you have tried a few times then you have probably overwritten your backups with ones that have no addresses. Are you addresses on your computer or were they just on your iphone?
