Eek, one of mine is on there. Quite high up. I knew it was a bad password but the thing it protects is quite temperamental so am a bit scared of changing it in case I mess the whole thing up.

It's a bit like codes for keysafes... three quarters of people use the same 4 ideas. Carers nearly always can just walk in when the agencies forget to give the codes....

spot the difference between 1 and 5.

Given that these are leaked passwords it's just possible that the list is skewed towards the most easily guessable ones. (Not entirely the case because many come from mass leaks/hacks of websites rather than from the individual being hacked.)

15 seems puzzling till you look at the keyboard.

1 is the famous typo jno. If you go to the official list you'll see it should be 123456.
