Americans sometimes pronounce slough as slew, though these days they're more likely actually to spell it slew ('a whole slew of troubles')

Hiccough is a sort of made up word. The "correct" word is "hiccup". The spelling "hiccough" is due to a confusion with "cough". (Chambers Dictionary)

The Oxford English Dictionary (the big one, not the Concise) also lists:

youghendale (a variant of yokindale, a Scottish coin)

yough fro (a variant of jungfrau)

yought (a variant spelling of yacht)

Their pronunciation (/oak/, /ung/ and /ott/) should be different from all the other examples given, though since the words/spellings are pretty obsolete, this is uncertain.
In case you were wondering, I discovered this while looking to see if the OED allows youghurt as an alternative spelling of yoghurt (it doesn't, though it is widely used - and this would give us /oag/).
