Hi Woodelf - spoke to Phil and he said that all the guest houses in that area are much of a muchness. He's a bit poorly at the mo, so wasn't able to answer my question in too much detail. If you have no joy with the one you mentioned, I can always pop in there next time I am walking past, and make enquiries for you.
