Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I buy this once in a blue moon and today just about every clue starts with "My". Having looked blankly at it for 30 mins would some kind soul please tell me what the "my" means in terms of clues.
Here are a couple.

8a My boar one among the sounder? (8)
9a My excellent return shown by accounts (6)

So given that the compiler is "trees" am I looking for the answer to 8a to involve the name of a tree ?
I think I might go and buy the Telegraph -I may not the crossword fully out but at least I'll get some pleasure from it!

Not sure, but 8A could be mahogany (hog and a) or (hog and an) with many or may meaning sounder round it. Not sure about the sounder meaning though. The theme is definitely trees though as a number of answers I have to MY is trees.
