Rhyming Quiz

I would love some help with my last few, please, clues or otherwise!
Really stuck on no.36a. If 5=magnolia and 13=azalea, what does 18=? (5 letters) I simply do not understand this one. I tried wedding anniv, but not, and as I do not have 36b. A bursting forth of many things together (6) I cannot guess at the rhyme.
Also, I cannot find the 2001 cyclone to rhyme with cocktail (7)
no27. Going by what was said (7,6) needs to rhyme with Park. Is it passing something?
and no.4.Bolduse(5,7) needs to rhyme with troubles, so something doubles?

Would really appreciate some pointers, please.

Thank you so much, ladyalex. I would never have got no.36 without your help. having got (a), I did not need a clue for (b), but that was my problem, nothing to guess against! I really should have got 27. and I was trying the wrong sort of dingbat for 4.
However, I had googled cyclones and none of them rhyme with cocktail, that I am sure is correct, so I still need that answer please. Any more help would be really appreciated.

Have you clicked on the link I gave for cyclones...you will find one rhyming with Cocktail there.

Mancunian...I said THINK gunfire, not that gunfire was the answer. I'm trying to give clues and pointers, not the answers.

Yes, I did click on your link and read the list of names of cyclones and none rhymed with cocktail, not with my northern accent anyway! Any hope of the first letter of the alphabet, please?
