How do I obtain my mother's bank statement from Feb.,2009 - April,2009? My mo0ther pasted in April 2009 and my sister took all monies out of the account prior to her death. What can I do?

Hope this doesn't sound rude, but have you an entitlement to this information- were you an executor? Who were the executors?
Do you have any evidence that would prove that you sister took the money, and did she have any powers to take it?
