It's a very large city on a coast, with a large highway leading into it - that narrows it down a bit....

Looks like the Nile Delta to me.

I think it's Cairo actually...the 'highway' is the Nile, you can see the Suez on the right and perhaps Cyprus over the water

This website is immense.
It's where those of us who do, follow the space station, too.
the really bright bit at the bottom of the triangle is Cairo; the thin bright bit on the coast at top left of the triangle is Alexandria.
