Can't get 20(a) . Snow's divide etc seems to make no sense to me .I have: The Two ?u???r?s.

Also 21 (d) which could seem to be several things. I have ?r?e?s.

Any help much appreciated.

20a I am not sure about the "etc." but guess that snow refers to C P Snow,

thank you all especially gen2. Yes, it would have made things much easier if I had set out the clues! Will certainly do so next time.
