They don't say much about it, I reckon it's close to last summer's dream cottage, anyone know? I couldn't find anything specific about the location, all it says is:

This amazing £350,000 Grade-II listed Cottage could be yours!
Starting this Saturday, The Daily Mail is giving every reader the chance to win this beautiful thatched, fully-furnished cottage – it could be your dream property.... Finished to the highest standards, this three-bedroom Grade-II listed building dates back to the late 16th Century. With beautiful slate floors, exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace in the sitting room and log burning stove in the dining room – it really is the perfect space for entertaining.

Anyone know? I was thinking Kent but not sure...
