You have something wrong. The atomic element with same mass number but different atomic number is ISOTOPE
CAnt help with the other though
I think you may have something wrong. 23d should be ISOTOPE.
CAn't help with the second though, sorry.
Isobar is correct as an alternative spelling for isobare, which fit the clue definition.
