Really struggling today-Dean Mayer has a lot to answer for!
I have made a real mess of 7 down as I thought it was an anagram making reposited but then it can't be shopping centre.
9a) Setter's French counterpart possibly reading journal -E-O-R (6)
27a) In the end feeling rejected D-O- (4) Presumably doom or drop.
4a) Poor but thought to satisfy according to Spooner (6-4)
