Beautiful evening.

Its been a beautiful day today and we've spent it in the garden clearing the veggie patch and cutting back hedges. All done and cleared away now and I'm sitting outside with a cup of coffee enjoying the evening sun.

I'm making the most of it as this time next week it'll be dark. 5pm - 6pm on an the last day of summer, what are you doing where you are?

It's been a lovely day here too, maidup - just admiring the low sun reflecting off the buildings opposite. Bring on the blue sky, I hate the thought of the clocks going back.

Absolutely foul weather here together - winds and heavy rain - had the fire on sonce about 11 - the missus is not feeling well so I doubt she will be at work tomorrow!!

It is a beautiful one. The house is now spotless. I have the patio doors wide open. I think it's time to sit down and relax.

We have had a lovely day, went out for dinner, came back and had a little snooze then went up the road to our garden after putting some jacket potatoes in the oven, done a bit of work on the garden and now about to sit down to some lovely jacket potatoes. The wind has started blowing like a fool so loads more leaves to pick up tomorrow.

I love the British weather!! :0)
