Any ideas for new quiz questions?
23 Answers
I organise a fundraising event with a quiz at this time every year - but I'm now running out of ideas for new questions. I try to stick to a Christmas/wintery type of theme but the questions cover all topics. For example, one last year asked who Widow Twankey is, and another where the coldest place on earth is, so anything goes.
Any ideas for new questions would be very gratefully received.
Thanks.

lines from carols
eg the everlasting light --oh little town of Bethlehem
And still their heavenly music floats,
O'er all the weary world....... it came upon a midnight clear etc
or from christmas pop songs....
Photo quiz of christmas toys either name them or guess the year

Related to Xmas pop songs, especially if you can have audio or audio visual as well, e.g. play a clip of Merry Xmas Everybody and/or I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day and ask who the lead singer was - Noddy Holder / Roy Wood respectively, of course...
Related to the multilingual Santa Claus, if you have a project screen you could show "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year" in a different language and ask which language it is, e.g. 'Nollaig Chridheil agus Bliadhna Mhath Ùr'.

"same middle name"
here's the hotmail page:
Just click on "sign up", set up an account with a nonsense name - [email protected] or something
Post it here, read any answers, then just forget about it. Hotmail I think delete the account if you don't use it for a month.
