Driving through Morrisons car park a woman reversed into my rear passenger door causing damage. i called round to see her the following evening for the name of her insurance company (Budget) and I gave her mine (Rias), all very friendly. Her husband phoned me to say that he had contacted his insurance company and that I would be hearing from them shortly.This happened 11 days ago and i've heard nothing. Am I expecting too much too soon. How long should i expect to wait?.....Thank you..John.

Have you informed your insurers, nothing will happen until you do, well not very quickly anyway.
