Heat Magazine - Doctor who spoilers

Does anyone know the spoilers for doctor who that were in the Heat Magazine.  Does it have something to do with the daleks and gallifrey?

I'm not sure it is much of a spoiler, but this is probably what you are after:  The Doctor and Rose answer a mystery distress call sent by a beaten-up old relic of the Dalek race which is being held hostage in a weird Utah museum of alien artifacts.  Turns out this poor, abandoned Dalek and the Doctor himself are the sole survivors or a huge war between the Daleks and Doctor Who's people the Time Lords.
