Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Still strugging. I got XEBEC in answer to the "X" cryptic clue. Cannot fit it into the grid. Will someone direct me there please.

I have it going vertically crossing ulysses and daniel defoe on the leftish side

Thanks Roslyn. I had not got Ulysses and wrongly put Naked where Xebec belongs.

If you look at this perhaps you could advise me on the top right, I put RAIN MAN in the horizontal but that spoilt OSSET in the vertical third from right. Where am I going wrong? Can find nowhere else to put OSSET.

The west yorks town is OTLEY and it fits in down the bottom left (3rd vertical in) NAKED fits in the top right corner

More thanks. No wonder I can't finish with mistakes like that! Another one Hiccup around Skye. Thought it is an anagram but can't find any sutable words. I have Y?S? vertical below Rain man but can't find any words that fit that either.
