Gherkin Relish

Has anyone got a good recipe for gherkin relish? Since Branston have stopped making their yummy version and I can't find another variety in the shops, I'd like to have a stab at making my own.

Not knowing what the Branston version was like it's difficult to recommend one that isn't too sweet/tangy/vinegary/spicy/herby etc....

I'd love to help, I love gherkins but somehow missed the branston gherkin relish :-(

It was quite sweet, eccles, definitely vinegary and with some mustard seeds.

thanks vodka - that's cucumbers though... I've already got a large jar of pickled gherkins so I might be halfway there already, just not sure what to do next!

I found this one. The problem is, that small cucumbers are called gherkins so I'm not sure if they mean small cucumbers or the gherkins already in vinegar.
