I expect it was cheap and other companies are so expensive the young driver thought he was getting a bargain. Also, s.b. I agree with what you say, but when you are young what do you know, you accept everything at face value.
But surely in these days of scams, fake lottery winnings, ex-Nigerian presidents offering you gold and so on, I would have thought people were a little more "streetwise" than this?

We all look for the cheap deals Square, but if the offer is there I think a lot of people will go for it especialy the young because of cost as one youngster found out in the Lancs area when stopped by the police.
