DNA testing - accurate, cheap and trustworthy - where to go ???
10 Answers
Title says it all really.
A friend of mine needs a DNA test for her son (approx 2 months old), as there are doubts as to who the father is (that's a different story - so don't even ask).
She's not entitled to any help towards the cost, so does anyone know of any places (on-line or wherever) that are accurate, cheap and trustworthy ???
TIA :)

He finished with my daughter when she was 12 weeks pregnant. She had to go onto benefits and the CSA got involved, told him he had to do a DNA if he wasn't the father she had to pay if he was he had to pay. It was arranged through our GP, yep he had to pay £200 for the results, made not difference to him, still never paid and no contact. Daughter never wanted him to after that, she started working and has never asked for payment. His loss, he had lost out on a wonderful little girl. Try the CSA and see if they can help.
My son in law paid for two private DNA tests, (he couldn't believe the results from the first which showed he wasn't the father), cost him about £180 each, he is having to undergo another one for the courts and the others aren't admissible. Even though he is not the father, he is still fighting for custody of the child as he believed he was his father for three years, as we all did, except my daughter who hadn't said anything until last November.
