Oh ok, sorry, my first time posting...
8d was Subjects imprisoning king in hot spot,(7)
30d was Political location in West End to ring after disturbance (7,6)
54a was In the theatres is tantalising like Fry's lady - great clue, heat resistant, but why like fry's lady?
