Because i'm a newbie and thought that the "no best answer" meant no answer at all! Shan't be repeating that error. I have no idea whether I can respond directly to you mamalynne so that's something else I've to learn.

I think I can see the problem. When the thread is opened if you don't scroll down, you can't see any answers. I presume vectran has just seen "No best answer" and has presumed no answers have been given!
