Thanks, i spent longer on this than on the remainder of the puzzle and knead was one of the words that fitted but I could not see why until you explained it. As a new user, I tried to send my thanks by clicking the "Report" button but discovered it was only for reporting abuse, etc., whereas the responses I had were very helpful and I have no wish to complain - I hope that i have not inadvertently generated a complaint - if so, then please accept my apologies!
