I think Atrial can mean upper chamber (stems from atrium) do maybe part of a court of law is known as an atrial.
22d Atrial ( of the atria in the heart)
3d. Firstly ( I run = ir, on street = st , old carriage= fly)
Atria is Latin for a court, or open space within a building.
