I think it is woven in a few times. Movement may seem obvious after you get the answer but attractive meaning "draw together" of to prey seems more cryptic. But taking it all as a whole I think it is a decent clue as the anagram indicator is the answer and the main part of the clue, i.e. "movement" and "attractive".
