lol, I think most of us go through it every year at pay rise time. You get the letter explaining about 'tough economic climate' etc etc whilst new flashy cars still turn up in the car park and big bonuses are paid at the top level.

Oxford City is a lovely place to visit Sandy, it has a lot of History, also the surrounding areas, depending what area you live, it's worth a visit. there is a good Motorway link to get there.
