Info About Release With Tag.
6 Answers
A friend has gone to prison for failure to attend a parole officer meeting.
He has been sentenced to five months, which means he will serve eight weeks.
One week after detention, he has been moved to a less secure prison, and is classed as Catagory D.
He has applied for release to home with a tag, to commence on 1 April - this will be three weeks into his term.
Does anyone know if there is a standard proceedure in terms of time servied before release with a tag
He is returning to a secure address with his partner and baby.
Thanks for any ifno.
