I can't stand Marmite, but this was
definitely to my taste. Without giving anything
away, you don't have to tie up all the PDs
but it's great fun doing so; some are very ingenious
and amusing.

I came to this late this week, but have now solved everything apart from 2a. I know you said think of it as 2 words Puzzled272 but I still don't get it! I have
B?LAT. Have I gone wrong somewhere? I thoroughly enjoyed this new challenge but, as usual, I've fallen at the last hurdle!!

B-Flat (Bat, with 'fl' for flourished). It's a term for bedbugs, can't remember where I tracked it down.

Thank you Neveracrossword. This is something I've tried looking up but obviously didn't look in the right place before! I have now found it in the very first section of B in Chambers! Doh! I can now relax and get ready for next week's offering!
