Help with the last 2 would be much appreciated. 8D. Top man here was heard to speak about a half-warmed fish (3,7) ?E?C?L???E and 18A Flagstone? (4) ?A?? - could be pave but not sure why.

pave looks ok. apart from paving stone it has a meaning in jewellery
