Yesterday took a walk to the butchers to get a chicken for dinner. Got home, unpacked it and it smelt a bit funny. I gave it a wash in case it was the packaging and noticed it was green around the neck and wings. Took it back to the butchers (he offered me a new one which I politely declined) got my money back and bought a chicken from the co-op that wasn't likely to make us ill.
Yesterday evening went to Morrisons for a few bits. Bought 2 Talapia fish and asked the fish monger to fillet them. Just took them out of the packaging and all 4 fillets are complete with bones!! Complete with bones, tails and fins...
Who trains these people?? Surely filleting a fish is basic training?
