I believe it's an anagram of HTGALECRSEU but t's not helping at the moment.

Yes definately an anagram of HTGALECRSUE, instructions are to take 3rd letter of 11 of the solved clues to form anagram of "location near a kitchen of sorts. All my answers appear to be correct and I'm confident of them. So the magazines given letter order is:
_ u _ _ e _ _ _ a _ _ with the letters HTGLECRS still to use (UEA already used)

Anyone any idea's?
