Use them to come up with letters for an anagram, I think. If that's right I have the anagram but am stumped on the final step (working out the alternative title!). Any hints?

I have the grid filled and have three of the four pairs. I have another possible pair, but I can't see the answer (in the grid) that describes them. someone tell me if I'm on the wrong track with 20 D and 39 A as a pairing? Thanks.
