December 2013. The clue was "There may have been difficult clues. But this is absurd."

Ludicrous means absurd?

It's a bit contrived but I think the "... difficult ... but this ..." is the compiler's way of saying "this one isn't difficult, it's a simple synonym for ABSURD".
