Much to my astonishment I have managed the redoubtable Mr Mayer's latest offering without too much difficulty. However I would appreciate an explanation of 14 down - Man raised cattle to consume new sort of cream. This works out as MOISTENER (not a word Chambers 12 recognises) This presupposes there is no alternative to M?I?N?R Could an expert please clarify?
