Before I retired I used to look forward to the weekends, now I only know it's a weekend because the newspaper is different.............

She gave a throwaway email on Wed. asked me to contact her, which I did.
Tried again Thurs, no response.
Said on todays GMEBs thread she hadn't had email for ages. I've checked mine is working, maybe hers isn't.

Weekends have little meaning to me apart from beings days when I avoid heading into any towns.

I can even claim I notice them because they are days of the week Mr cake is under my feet as he has many commitments that take him away at weekends.

I suppose god awful TV is a clue though:-(
