It is a nice story - I imagine that she will be on a lead from now on.

My boy cat has very long claws just now and got a claw caught on the side of my mattress/sheet. He couldn't lift himself high enough to escape so starting screaming for help. I gently tried to get him free but I must have been too slow - he bit me to hurry me along. It hurt but he was totally unrepentant.

Dogs don't do things like that

Pleases me too! Well done rescuers and welcome home Pepper x

I have been out all morning and my Yorkshire Wolfhound was beside himself with joy when I came home.

Someone had been in my kitchen bin again and it wasn't me. but I didn't have the heart to tell him off. Too soft I am I expect
(sorry...sounded a bit South Walian then I did ! ) ( look you )
Thanks for that, mikey. A lovely story.

Only too happy to oblige Tilly ! I just wish I had more like this to post.
What a lovely story, I am glad Pepper allowed them to get close enough in the end.
It's obviously a good week for happy pet stories:

That's a happy ending too Chris. I wonder where she had been for those five years.
My little cat also called Sophie vanished in 2006, but sadly I never got her back. She'd be 16 now. Will always miss her.
