obviously thick but simply don't get 26 down R?I/ ( Order regularly observed in leading article) I have thought of leading rein but the definition of rein in Chambers does not include order. Similarly if I take Editorial for leading article that does not work either - enlightenment please folks!

Rein (leading article) - regular letters of 'oRdEr' + 'in'
