Bawr (Scot. "joke"; Chambers)

- even though it's a Scots word, removing "Glaswegian" leaves - 'baw(d)' (brothel-keeper; prostitute; naughty girl, detailed) + 'R(omeo)' (??)
The other way round might be to ignore "girl", go for 'Bawr' as a Glaswegian one-liner, having "detailed" 'baw(dy)' (naughty) & adding 'R(omeo)'... (??)
