Audi A4 05-06 2.0Tfsi Sticker/label Under The Hood, Please Help?

Hello everybody!!

I have bought AUDI a4 2006 sedan car from USA. I have imported it to EUROPE as a damaged vehicle. I have fixed a new hood just yesterday, but there is no emission sticker under it ! I cant pass the certification because of it. They said that this is ,,stupid" rules, but they have to follow it.
Also they have offered a solution for me.
I need a photo of any other car sticker, print it and fix it under the hood.
The sticker must be from AUDI 2005-2006 2.0 TFSI.

So please, Could anyone make a photo of the sticker for me please? I would be very , very, very grateful.

It would be Quicker to Email the USA Seller & ask him / her to either FAX / Email you with the label you need.
