Hi the pain is a lot better today, spoke to my neighbour this morning and she gave me some homeopathic gel to rub on, so i hope it works she did say if i had the gel it would have been better, how are you?

I'm okay thanks bit of pain as usual but nothing too much to complain about,did you have a nice week-end,March already we are on the right side of the year now though and things hopefully will get better.I take it you did not bother with the doc,self medicating eh!

Yes i did look into it but still not sure how to go about, i am going to perth on wednesday to see my sister and her husband and both of them are good on the computer, so i will try and ask them.
