I live in the RIBBLE Valley Lancashire, normally a quiet place but on occasions we do get the idiots that can fight the world in CROWDS if you know what I mean, I went for our local paper this morning & on the front page a lady walking her dog had a problem with an idiot, the dog walked up to the person who had a bag or two beside him as he sat on a park bench, the next thing she was threatened with a knife!! within this local paper there was a section regarding Crime Prevention survey, I started putting my thoughts regards this survey & what a waste of time, I will let you make your own mind up on this, this is the site, www.nationalrural-crimenetwork.net/survey Does it meet yours or your area's concerns?
