the oven. I have poked a knife in it and it`s soft and squishy in the middle. They say it should set but if it`s made with cream cheese is it going to? Never made anything like this before as it`s not really my thing but I picked up the leaflet in the shop yesterday and thought it would make a change.
Hmmm, if it is still looking/feeling wobbly I'd give it another five minutes. Fresh tomato can slow down the cook times quite bit as they are so wet and if they've been kept in the fridge cold too.

It looks nice. The central heating engineer who has just turned up to sort my thermostat is salivating over it. I didn`t have enough spinach so I put some chargilled asparagus in as well.
